I'm all in for all tyres available for all cars, that would make up for some interesting challenges.

Scawen, I got two small requests, that (I believe) could be solved with changing few lines of code.

1) Allow for actively limiting the fuel tank size.
A month ago we did run an E-Challenge event, where we did run FOX at custom layout with limited fuel. Unfortunately the only way to limit the cars on fuel is to have them run at 100% tank capacity and disallow refueling. Sadly that means, the E-Challenge race took well over 2 hours to finish because of that limitation.
With the ability to limit the percentage of allowed fuel in the tank (either via slider or via /command) would allow us to run such or similar race at more reasonable distance.
I'm sure some other leagues would take a use of such feature if available.

2) For future time-limited endurance races, please consider adding a commmand, that resets the remaining time back to its original value and keeps it until the leader starts another lap.
Pretty much all endurance races here start with a formation lap, but the time it takes to complete counts into the total time of the race, so in the end we get 23h 55m of racing instead of pure 24 hours.

You get new unlocks every Friday, so you can unlock the game at multiple machines, but you can be online with given username from only 1 device at time.

Please note there was a change in the final order, as car number 34 was given back the time for incorrectly issued DT penalty, promoting him to the final step on the podium. On the other hand, one post-race penalty was given to car number 16.


Congratulations to Jimi Virtanen for winning this very demanding event, to Sean Lee for challenging Jimi all race long, and to Karolis Motiejuitis for good effort to finish on the podium.

Kudos to everyone else, who finished this long and demanding race, as well to those, who had balls to take part, even if they failed to finish.

You may find the MRc E-Challenge Regulations in the attached file.

The event is sanctioned by New Dimension Racing, therefore the NDR Sporting Code (https://legacy.newdimensionracing.com/sportingcode) will be in effect for the duration of the event.

Some important things not to miss:

Car, Skins, and Name Format

Make sure your car skin has your car number on the nose and the rear wing end plates
Name format: 00 M. Málek, white or no colour number, coloured name allowed

Championships and Points

No official championship as this is a standalone event.
However, a “Master Weekend” combined championship will be held (consisting of E-Challenge, FBM Saturday and BF1 League races in the same weekend), where each race will be awarded by F1-style points (minus 1 point for FL) and where the combined winner will be awarded with a small prize.

Qualifying

One-shot qualifying session followed by additional one-shot qualifying session for top 6

Race

100 laps long race with standard LFS standing start
Mandatory pit stop between laps 30 and 70, done under green flag conditions
No refueling at any point of the race
Pitlane speed is 50 kmph.
Penalties must be served within 3 laps (max 3 crosses of S/F line) and admins may apply time, position, grid or more extreme penalties if the situation merits

Safety Procedures

Safery Car is in use, speed 50 kmph.
Virtual Safety Car is in use as well, speed 50 kmph.

Hello racers!

The Master Race car team is pleased to present you a brand new event, which will bring a unique racing experience into LFS. Strongly inspired by the FIA Formula E championship, we created an event, where the strategy and clever use of available resources will play a big factor on your way to victory.

While the letter E in "Formula E" stands for "Electric", here it stands for "Endurance" and "Efficiency" - you will need these a lot just to finish this race, let alone winning it! After all, the refuelling is forbidden and the 100% of fuel your car can carry definitely isn't enough to make it to the finish line. Or is it? Even worse, you're put on a tight and twisty street circuit with no room for error, where even the smallest mistake can end in disaster.
Can you prove you can perform well in these difficult conditions?

Prequalifying session (if necessary)

16:40 UTC / 17:40 CET Official Super-pole shoot-out session (top 6 from qualifying compete for the top 6 grid spots in another separate session (1 hotlap))

1 mandatory pitstop, which cannot be performed under SC or VSC
Refueling NOT ALLOWED (any attempt to refuel will result in immediate disqualification from the event)

I confirm the same problem on the latest official version of LFS.
But it might be difficult to recreate, it seems to happen randomly.
